Gareth Allen has been appointed rental fleet and operations manager at Mac’s Truck Rental.
Coming from a background of more than two decades in the motor trade, this appointment signals the company’s ambitions for growth in 2025 and beyond.
Speaking about his new role, Allen said: "Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working within various sectors of the motor trade, gaining valuable insights from franchised dealers to vehicle manufacturers, including specialist vehicles. I am particularly passionate about establishing partnerships with both public and private sectors, and I look forward to utilising my diverse background in management to drive the operational excellence of Mac’s Truck Rental forward."

Mac’s Truck Rental is the rental and leasing business part of the Mac’s Group of companies. Established in 2015, Mac’s Truck Rentals focuses on bespoke hire or leasing agreements to suit the customer and their fleet’s needs.
As well as curtainsiders, the company offers more specialist vehicles such as skip loaders, hook loaders, tippers, grab lorries, crane trucks, beavertails and road sweepers. The other side of the group, Mac’s Truck Sales, sells new and used trucks and trailers.
