APC Overnight member Nexis Services has joined its first pallet network, Fortec.

The Peterborough-based firm, which has a 13-strong fleet of vehicles ranging from 3.5 tonnes to 18 tonnes, has taken on some of the PE postcode for Fortec.

The postcode was previously handled via a small satellite depot run by one of Fortec’s members in Ipswich.
Nexis, which was set up by Richard and Debbie Swinscoe, is on course to achieve a turnover of £1.6m this year.

Debbie Swincoe said: “Pallets are a whole new territory for us. By joining Fortec it will help us enhance or existing service offering to customers but without the need to invest in more vehicles.”
