Norfolk Truck & Van, the approved Renault Trucks dealer, has invested more than £200,000 on a new Authorised Testing Facility (ATF) at Enfield.

The new ATF facility enables Norfolk Truck & Van to offer even greater levels of convenience to operators in the North London area, providing a true ‘one-stop-shop’ service, says depot manager Martin Stroud.

“Investing in this ATF lane means we can now prepare and test vehicles and trailers on site and undertake any repairs if required, saving on vehicle downtime and movement costs. Testing is much more convenient for our existing customers and the facility is helping us to attract new customers.

“As an approved Renault Trucks dealer, we provide everything from sales, to all makes parts, servicing inspections and all class MOT testing on site – we really are a one-stop-shop. The new ATF is a real opportunity to introduce operators of other trucks to the reliability, economy and performance of the Renault Trucks range.”

It will open two days per week, however, there are plans to extend testing to five days a week. “We’re delighted with the uptake so far, customer and VOSA feedback has been very positive. We need to maintain the momentum and continue to deliver the high levels of service excellence that will ensure we don’t give customers a reason to go elsewhere. We are looking forward to welcoming many new customers to our dealership in the coming months.”

Norfolk Truck & Van Ltd covers London and East Anglia, with its head office in Norwich, and is part of the Peter Colby Commercials Group, along with rental company Collease.
