Dennison Commercials has supplied McBurney Transport with 25 new Volvo tractor units including an FH16-750 Ailsa Edition.
The nine FM and 15 FH vehicles, which come with full R&M contracts from the dealer, feature similar specifications, including 6x2 pusher axles, D13K 13-litre 500hp engines, Globetrotter cabs, sliding fifth wheels and Michelin tyres.
Its limited edition Volvo FH16-750 Ailsa Edition 6x2 tractor unit has a Globetrotter XL cab, 12-speed I-Shift automated manual transmission system and Dynamic Steering system. There is also a rotating and heated passenger seat as well as I-Park Cool, Volvo’s stationary air conditioning system.
The trucks, a combination of replacement and additional vehicles, join the operator’s fleet of more than 300, based at depots in the UK and Ireland.
