O-licence applications and decisions of the week - 14 July 2017

Commercial Motor looks at some of this week's O-licence applications and decisions:

Freight Systems Express (Wales) has had its fleet increased to 30 vehicles and 50 trailers at an operating centre in Newlands Road, Cardiff.

John Lewis would like an increased authorisation of 36 vehicles and two trailers at a site in Lister Street, Glasgow.

McBurney Transport Group has been given the green light for 20 vehicles and 20 trailers at P&O Ferries Irish Sea’s site in Cairnryan, Stranraer.

XPO Transport Solutions UK wants to increase its fleet at its Kiln Farm, Milton Keynes site to 45 vehicles and 54 trailers.

DSV Road has had its authorisation increased to 130 vehicles and 130 trailers in Eastfield Road, South Killingholme, Immingham.

Abbey Logistics Group would like to increase its authorisation to six vehicles and six trailers in Gayton Road, Milton Malsor, Northampton; and decrease its authorisation at British Sugar’s Cantley Factory, Norwich site to 14 vehicles and 30 trailers.

Eddie Stobart has permission for 20 vehicles and 20 trailers at a new site in Central Avenue, Hallen, Avonmouth, Bristol.

Maritime Transport wants to operate six vehicles and six trailers from Grandstand Road, Off Kenmore Road, Wakefield.
