Prometeon launched its new C02 coach tyre and SuperFleet fleet management programme at IAA Transportation. The event was a world premier for both products. Prometeon C02 is the first coach tyre from the brand with an A rating for rolling resistance. The coach tyre also features 80% of recycled or renewable-source materials. Prometeon SuperFleet is a fleet management solution designed to suit the needs of a diverse range of fleets.
Sabina Oriani, head of sales and marketing at Prometeon Tyre Group, said: “We were excited to take part in IAA Transportation where we had the chance to showcase our latest innovations in terms of products and services. This event gave us the opportunity to present Prometeon C02 Coach, our first tyre with an A rating for rolling resistance, the result of our ongoing commitment to sustainability. We also launched SuperFleet, the new fleet management solution designed to support partner fleets with tools that improve efficiency and sustainability in tyre management throughout their entire life cycle. This will be backed by the growing relationship with our SuperTruck network which currently has 400 dealers across Europe.”
Gaetano Trezza, head of fleets and network development at Prometeon Tyre Group, said: “We are proud to introduce SuperFleet, a solution that is a turning point in fleet management. With SuperFleet, we not only offer high-quality tyres, but also a range of services and technologies aimed at optimising efficiency and sustainability. Our vision is to create an integrated ecosystem that supports our customers in achieving their strategic goals, delivering maximum value and superior performance. Our SuperTruck network, and the tailored solutions of SuperFleet, are the result of our ongoing commitment to improvement and innovation in response to global market demands.”
SuperFleet has four key centres for information: tyre, care, efficiency and empowerment hubs. The tyre hub houses an intelligent tyre management system to optimise performance and safety. The car hub allows access to maintenance and assistance partners such as the SuperTruck network and 24/7 roadside assistance. The efficiency hub is a fleet administration centre that integrates with existing solutions to power data-driven insights. Lastly, the empowerment hub offers fleets training programmes, consultancy services and support to implement best practices.
