George Ralph is to step down as MD at Marshall Fleet Solutions (MFS) by the end of 2018. He is to be replaced by Mark Howell, currently sales director at Enterprise Flex-E-Rent.

Howell will join MFS towards the end of 2018 and after an initial transition period it is intended that Ralph will continue to have an involvement in the business as an advisor to the MFS board.

Ralph said: “We are pleased to have found such an experienced and capable individual to lead MFS in the future. Mark’s entire 30-year professional career has centred exclusively and very firmly within all aspects of the temperature controlled transport industry, which will provide him with an excellent foundation to take MFS through a new chapter in its development.

“It has been my privilege to lead this company over the last four and a half years and I will continue to focus my efforts in the coming months to deliver our vision of being the world class service provider that I know we all aspire to be,” he added.
