Abington, South Lanarkshire general haulier Reive and Grossart has joined the Palletforce network, covering the KA and PA1 to PA19 postcodes.

The family-owned firm has 11 vehicles and is located just off junction 13 of the M74 in Scotland.

Co-founder Sandy Reive told Commercialmotor.com that the firm had been a member of two other pallet networks in the last 10 years, starting off with Fortec before moving to The Pallet Network (TPN), for whom it was covering the same postcodes until the end of January. The move to Palletforce came about as a result of a reorganisation of the network’s coverage after the departure of another member in the north of Scotland, said Reive.

“I wouldn’t fault TPN but we know quite a lot of Palletforce members and in Palletforce, you’re a shareholder, whereas in TPN you’re a franchise holder,” he added.
