Renault Trucks dealer JDS creates customer service charter

Blackburn-based Renault dealership JDS Trucks has launched a charter that focuses on working in partnership with customers to fulfil their vehicle and servicing requirements.

The charter states that the privately-owned franchised dealer will be clear in its processes; open in its communication; and provide the right vehicle, at the right time.
Sales director Chris Bell said: “We aim to work closely with our customers, with clear and concise processes and communications, ensuring we are there when they need us, with the best vehicles as well as a first-class service.”

As part of the launch, two new 44-tonne Range T 460.26 6x2 mid-lift tractor units with cabs are being offered for a two-week trial. The Range Ts come fitted with side skirt deflectors, a self-adjusting roof deflector and air management kit and alloy wheels.
