Ride & Drive the latest models at Road Transport Expo

The popular Road Transport Expo 'Ride & Drive' experience returns this year, featuring a selection of the newest models from leading manufacturers in a range of fuel and technology options.

Those with an HGV licence can head out for a local road test, or try out the vehicles on the dedicated on-site route if preferred. You can also simply enjoy the experience as a passenger, alongside a professional driver.

To take part, just head to the manufacturer’s exhibition stand and ask them for a ticket to ride or drive the vehicle. Take this ticket to the Ride & Drive reception (located at the top of the yellow zone) along with your driving licence.

Here you will be greeted by the team and taken to your chosen vehicle on a first-come, first-serve basis.

All drivers will be asked to take a breathalyser test before taking part. 

Our Ride & Drive electric vehicles will be charged on site by our official RTX Charging Partner, Vital EV, who you can visit on stand GR47.

Manufacturers taking part in the Ride & Drive experience, include BEDEO, Ford, FUSO, Iveco, Mercedes-Benz, MAN, Renault Trucks, SANY eTruck, Scania, Volta Trucks, and Volvo.

Road Transport Expo takes place from 4-6 June at NAEC Stoneleigh in Warwickshire and is completely free to attend.
