Renault Trucks will be demonstrating its commitment to decarbonising the transport industry at Road Transport Expo (28-30 June), and will be showcasing its latest electric E-Tech vehicles alongside its most fuel-efficient Turbo Compound diesel trucks.
On stand B25 attendees will see an impressive array of vehicles, including T and T High Turbo Compound, a C 8x4 tridem tipper, and models from the LCV range. Visitors will also have the opportunity to explore vehicles from Used Trucks by Renault Trucks.
Within Hall 2 (G53), it will showcase its E-Tech lineup, featuring a D18T skiploader, a D26T LEC refuse collection vehicle, a Master 52kWh dropside, and the innovative Concept Kleuster Cargo Bike. Renault Trucks says this comprehensive display underscores its commitment to “leading the charge” in electric mobility.
Also, at stand G54, attendees will have the opportunity to engage with Vertellus regarding its EV Discovery Programme, developed in collaboration with Renault Trucks and Zenobē. This initiative presents operators with an entirely fresh approach to cost-effective trials of electric trucks.
Visitors will have the chance to experience Renault Trucks' vehicles first-hand through supervised demonstrator drives. The two vehicles available for test drives are a T480 6x2 Turbo Compound with a trailer and the fully electric 16-tonne E-Tech D with an SB Components box body.
Alex Williams, head of brand and communications at Renault Trucks UK and Ireland, said: “We are thrilled to return to Road Transport Expo for its second year and to unveil the breadth and depth of Renault Trucks’ capability, giving operators a first look at some exciting new vehicles and services.
We look forward to welcoming visitors to our stand where our knowledgeable team of experts will be available to offer comprehensive details and guidance on our vehicles and transport solutions, including the journey towards net-zero emissions and decarbonisation of the transport industry.”
