Trakm8 will be showing visitors how its fleet management systems can boost efficiency at this year’s Road Transport Expo, which takes place from 30 June to 2 July at NAEC Stoneleigh.

The technology firm will be exhibiting at stand number Q15 across the three-day event, showcasing its full range of fleet management solutions for operators.

All systems are accessible via Trakm8’s Insight platform, which provides managers with a 360-degree view of their fleet from a single source.

With spiralling fuel prices showing no sign of abating, the company has recognised that  fleet operators are considering more than ever how to get the most out of their assets.

Trakm8’s Route Optimisation software, which the business will be demonstrating at the expo, has been designed to both reduce fuel expenditure and improve fleet efficiency.

The manufacturer said the optimisation platform has a proven track record of increasing productivity by up to 33% and cutting fuel bills by up to 20%.

Trakm8’s optimisation software can also be configured to improve the end-customer experience, via the implementation of electronic proof of delivery (EPOD) and real-time updates as to a delivery progress.

To fully demonstrate the total scope of its fleet management product range, Trakm8 will also be demonstrating its RH600 integrated telematics camera to stand visitors.

Combining all of the benefits of a telematics solution with a high quality 4G camera, the manufacturer said its advanced RH600 telematics camera has a proven track record of reducing accident rates by up to 39% and enhancing fuel economy by as much as 10%.

Nick Guise, group marketing manager at Trakm8, said: “We’re looking forward to highlighting some of our innovative solutions for transport operators at this year’s Road Transport Expo.

“The fleet and road haulage sectors are facing unprecedented pressures this year, with fuel costs and the parts shortage reshaping approaches to asset management, so it’s never been more important for us to demonstrate some of the solutions that can help businesses overcome these challenges.”
