Sany in the mix at RTX with UK-spec trucks

Following its successful debut at RTX 23, when it displayed a left-hand drive example of its fully electric concrete mixer, SANY eTrucks returns with a pair of UK spec RHD vehicles.

The 8x4 SANY 408P chassis with Putzmeister iOntron mixers claim an operational capability of approximately eight hours in urban areas.

The 250kW/340bhp (peak 360kW/489bhp) motor is driven by 350kWh of battery capacity through a 12-speed CML 12-mixer transmission. Four UK spec vehicles are currently on working trials with Aggregate Industries, Breedon and the BYLOR Anglo-French joint venture working on the Hinckley PointB project. A SANY 408P 8x4 concrete mixer is available to road test at the Ride & Drive area (see p28).
