UK buyers of the limited-edition Scania V8 770 Flying Griffin gathered at Cameron House on the banks of Loch Lomond to be presented with their certificates of authenticity by Scania vice-president Alexander Vlaskamp and UK sales director Vincente Connolly.  Of the lucky 16 UK customers to get their hands on the Flying Griffin, 12  were present to receive their commemorative Jackson 'King V' electric guitar decorated with bespoke airbrushing by Sims Spray Shop, whose previous clients include Pink Floyd's Dave Gilmour, Queen's Brian May and The Rolling Stones.

Pictured handing over the certificate and guitar for Flying Griffin number 6 are, from left, Alexander Vlaskamp, Paul Dromgoole of P M Dromgoole & Sons, Emma Jacobs of supplying dealer Haydock Commercials, and Vincente Connolly.
