Palletline has bolstered its Scottish presence with its latest addition, ARR Craib Transport. This brings the network's fleet numbers up to 200. The Aberdeen-based haulier, which also has depots in Cumbernauld and Eaglescliffe, will cover the Grampian and Tayside areas.
ARR Craib runs approximately 200 vehicles and 450 trailers. Speaking about the partnership, Palletline managing director Kevin Buchanan says: "They are one of the largest Scottish hauliers and they can bring us better opportunity for strength in the region. The fleet capacity is a real plus for us."
The deal is the group's first venture into the pallet network sector. Managing director at ARR Craib, Eddie Anderson adds: "Changes in the industry and changes in our own business profile meant the time was right for us to take this step - expanding our services to customers and opening up new areas for growth."
