Mercedes-Benz Trucks UK has appointed Heiko Selzam as national sales director.
For the past three years Selzam was director of sales and marketing for Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles in Luxembourg. Before this he was sales and marketing director, commercial vehicles, for Daimler in the Middle East.
Selzam, who is based at the manufacturer’s Milton Keynes base, will visit UK customers and dealers. He said “I know things will be different from Luxembourg, but I am looking forward to working with a great team and settling in at Milton Keynes. My priority is to focus on our customers; we are not just selling trucks, we are providing services and solutions to their transportation needs.”
