Deal of the week is this 2007 low-mileage Mercedes-Benz 1829 Atego 4x2 road sweeper.
The 56-plate day cab truck with manual gearbox generates 290hp and is fitted with a donkey engine. It features the Johnston VT650 dual-sweep road sweeper with gully suck, power wash lance and front spray bars. There is also a towbar coupling with associated air and electrics, reversing camera, ABS and cruise control.
This Atego has had one owner and clocked up 173,918km.
Vendor Trucks2Go, which was set up in 2005 and supplies used vehicles, trailers, plant and machinery, said the truck is in a “clean overall condition”.
The Atego is based at the firm’s site in Culcheth, Cheshire.
