The Aquarius IT team returns to Tip-Ex & Tank-Ex on 30th September to showcase the company’s range of fleet compliance and  management solutions, including its new Asset Maintenance portal.
The company, which can be found at stand C70,  will be demonstrating its ClockWatcher Elite software, which provides processes, manages, analyses and reports on all aspects of driver and vehicle data.

Mark Johnston, Aquarius IT’s customer service director, said: “With ClockWatcher Elite, driver and vehicle data has never been more accessible or easy to manage.  This is not only vital for compliance; it also helps a road transport operation to run efficiently – both financially and practically.”

Developed by Aquarius IT’s team of in-house software specialists, ClockWatcher Elite allows operators, using one source, one dashboard and one log-in, to monitor and manage tachograph data, driver behaviour, vehicle defects, remote downloading, PODs, driver debriefs, employee’s time and attendance, and comes with an electronic Document Management system.

It also integrates with the company’s latest Asset Maintenance portal, which uses a range of features to help operators manage company assets requiring periodic maintenance or inspection, from vehicles to plant equipment and machinery.

Both ClockWatcher Elite’s integrated Tachograph Analysis software and Asset Maintenance portal are accredited by the DVSA for the Earned Recognition Scheme. Working in conjunction with the system’s Vehicle Defect Check App, they provide an all-encompassing digital solution for managing and reporting on KPIs related to vehicle maintenance and inspection and driver activity.  By combining these technologies, the software also allows operators to drill even deeper into the linked driver and vehicle information to gain greater clarity.

Johnston added: “As road transport software specialists, working with, and creating workable digital solutions for our customers is our key strength.  We very much welcome visitors to come to our stand at Tip-Ex & Tank-Ex for a demonstration so they too, can see first-hand how ClockWatcher Elite provides an integrated end-to-end paperless solution for managing all areas of operator compliance and driver and vehicle data.

The team will also be sharing their experience of how ClockWatcher Elite has helped operators work digitally and remotely through the pandemic, and how this has positively shaped how they will operate in the future.

Visitors to the show can attend a stage talk to be given by Marc Caplin, Aquarius IT’s Compliance Advisor, on how to get ready for Earned Recognition. The presentation, to be held at the Knowledge Zone on Friday 1 October, will also share insights from a recent customer survey.

Tip-Ex and Tank-Ex 2021 takes place from 30 September to 2 October in Harrogate. It is completely free to attend and features four inside exhibition halls, impressive outside displays and a three-day Knowledge Zone conference programme. Register today for your free ticket.
