JOST, a global producer and supplier of components for commercial vehicles, is highlighting KKS, its new automatic coupling system, at Tip-Ex/Tank-Ex 2021.

Visitors to the show will see JOST exhibiting a range of products including the Modul E-Drive, Edbro CS Ultra and Axle DCA Airmaster products.

However the star of the show this year will be the KKS, which was launched in April 2021 across Europe. KKS is JOST’s new automatic coupling system which enables the driver to couple and uncouple a semi-trailer via remote control, automatically, safely and quickly, helping operators boost efficiency, convenience and safety.

Another smart product which JOST will be exhibiting is Modul E-Drive, the company’s new electronic landing gear and also part of the KKS system. This intelligent product lowers the landing legs at the touch of a button, providing fleets with an alternative, safer and time-saving solution compared to the traditionally manual process.

The stand will also feature the Edbro CS Ultra cylinder, developed specifically for 44-50T GVW’s to provide a light cylinder solution which does not compromise on strength or safety and Axle DCA Airmaster, which JOST claims to be the world's only axle that stores compressed air for the brakes and air suspension in the axle housing.

JOST UK managing director, Danny Broomfield, commented: “Tip-Ex/Tank-Ex is a real highlight of the annual transport event calendar and it was sorely missed last year. We can’t wait to get back out there, meet face-to-face with our customers and showcase some of our fantastic products and innovations.”

Tip-Ex and Tank-Ex 2021 takes place from 30 September to 2 October in Harrogate. It is completely free to attend and features four inside exhibition halls, impressive outside displays and a three-day Knowledge Zone conference programme. Register today for your free ticket.
