TIP Group is set to showcase its comprehensive range of truck and trailer rental, leasing, maintenance, and associated services at this year's Road Transport Expo.
At the TIP Group stand, visitors will have the opportunity to view a Don Bur tri-axle curtainsided trailer with a lifting roof. This trailer, finished in the livery of Menzies Distribution, a long-term customer of TIP, will be accompanied by a new DAF XG tractor unit.
TIP Group staff will be available to discuss various aspects related to truck and trailer hire. Furthermore, visitors can engage in conversations regarding maintenance, repair, breakdown services, and explore the technology platforms offered by TIP to ensure safe, legal, and compliant operations.
TIP says its BrakePlus electronic braking performance monitoring system (EBPMS) is expected to draw significant interest from operators, following recently announced changes to the DVSA’s ‘Guide to Maintaining Roadworthiness’ publication.
BrakePlus is part of TIP's Insight range of telematics, which enables operators to effectively manage their fleets through various monitoring and reporting functionalities such as track and trace capability, tire pressure monitoring, and door and refrigeration temperature monitoring.
In addition, visitors to the stand will have the opportunity to learn about TIP's Earned Recognition service and its customer compliance portal, FleetRadarTM. These offerings aim to benefit transport operations by streamlining compliance procedures and improving overall fleet management.
Mike Furnival, MD at TIP, said: “TIP Group is very much looking forward to welcoming visitors to its stand at the Road Transport Expo. We’ll be showcasing our expertise in all things trailer and truck and will be delighted to discuss any hire and related service needs that those visitors may have.
“With the possibility to hire from a near unlimited portfolio of trailers and trucks and with assets being able to be custom specified to meet operators’ exact needs, discussing specification and terms for hire will no doubt be the focus of many a discussion at the event, and we welcome that opportunity.”
The TIP Group stand (Y22) will be located outdoors, and equipped with a BBQ.
Road Transport Expo takes place at Stoneleigh NAEC on June 28-30. It’s FREE to attend, and registrations are now open.
