Treasure signs for Palletline

Treasure Transport Services has joined Palletline and will be responsible for post codes in Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire.

The Grantham-based haulage company says it was looking to expand its operations and settled on Palletline after it offered the right combination of postcode areas and "a similar working ethos to our own".

Treasure Transport now covers Newark, Boston, Sleaford, Skegness and Grantham areas.

MD Peter Greenhalgh adds: "We were also attracted by the unique set-up where, along with other members, we will own an equal share of the Palletline business."

This is the first time Treasure Transport has traded within a pallet network. It is now investing in three new vehicles and five new staff to deal with the extra freight generated through Palletline.
