Mercedes-Benz dealer Euro Commercials, which has branches in Cardiff, Newport and Swansea, has achieved Van ProCenter accreditation.
This means the dealer has met strict requirements on sales staff numbers, their training, qualifications and expertise in specific models, advice on bodybuilding options and the availability of demonstration vans for test drives. The dealer is also obliged to keep extended opening hours for customer convenience.
Earlier this year Euro Commercials opened a £2m retail van sales showroom in Cardiff incorporating office accommodation. Next year it will add a dedicated van workshop with seven ramps, as well as an MoT bay, parts department, conference and training rooms.
