Wrights becomes new Isuzu dealer in Northampton

Isuzu Truck has appointed Wrights Commercials as an authorised service dealer for Northampton, in partnership with its main franchisee for the area, Imperial Commercials.

The arrangement means operators can use the Wrights Commercials facility in Cogenhowe rather than make the round-trip to the Peterborough base of the Imperial Commercials Isuzu Truck dealership, which took over the franchise in 2016.

Wrights Commercials operates a 5,000ft2 workshop that carries out fleet maintenance, mechanical repairs, diagnostics and complete welding and fabrication work.

Imperial Commercials regional director Steve Affleck said it knew it needed a service dealer in Northampton but had taken its time looking for the right partnership.
