Parcel carrier Yodel has signed a distribution contract with online music shop Dolphin Music.
Yodel will deliver some 135,000 parcels every year for the retailer, and customers can select the following services: 24-hour; 48-hour and Saturday deliveries. The value and length of the deal was not revealed.
"Yodel's offering was unique in that it offers well-timed delivery windows," claims Peter Moss, finance and operations director at Dolphin Music.
Jonathan Smith, Yodel chief executive, adds: "By listening to and understanding our customers, we take pride in providing service that is responsive to their needs."
