Barnes Logistics adds eight Scania tractors

Barnes Logistics based in Oldham recently took delivery of a fleet of eight approved used Scania G440 Highline Tractor units.

The fleet of low mileage, two-year-old tractor units supplied by Chris Hall from West Pennine Trucks in Middleton, join an existing fleet of around 50 Scanias.

All eight vehicles, which will be used for general haulage work, were supplied with Scania's C200 Monitor package to keep track of fuel economy.

Also included in the package are 12-month Scania Approved used truck warranties and 12-month maintenance contacts.
Barnes Logistics says the trucks were chosen for their excellent reputation for reliability, fuel economy and driver satisfaction.
