O-licence applications and decisions of the week - 12 May 2017


Commercial Motor looks at some of the O-licence applications and decisions made this week.

Cadzow Heavy Haulage has had its authorisation at its Forrest Street, Blantyre, Glasgow site increased to 20 vehicles and 30 trailers.

Jack Richards & Son would like 15 vehicles and 25 trailers at a new depot in Curver Way, Corby.

HD Ricketts has had its authorisation increased at its London Road, Canwell, Sutton Coldfield site to 33 vehicles and 17 trailers.

UPS wants 154 vehicles and 260 trailers at a new operating centre in Ocean Boulevard, Stanford-le-Hope, Essex. It would also like to increase its authorisation at Mildenhall Road, Emerald Park East, Bury St Edmunds to 88 vehicles and 13 trailers.

Foulger Transport has applied to increase its authorisation at its The Circuit, Norwich operating centre to 94 vehicles and 103 trailers. It would also like to remove its sites in Norwich Road, Lenwade, Norwich; Lancaster Way Business Park, Ely; and Harling Road, Snetterton from its O-licence.

Biffa Waste Services has had its O-licence authorisation increased to 18 vehicles and one trailer at its Chapel Pond Hill, Bury St Edmunds site.

Royal Mail Group has had its authorisation increased to 45 vehicles and five trailers at its Brightside Lane, Sheffield site.
