Elddis Transport is celebrating clocking up one million kilometres in what was the first longer semi-trailer to enter its fleet.
The operator has reached the milestone in just under three years. The bespoke Lawrence David-built 15.6m trailer was put on the road in May 2012, and MD Nigel Cook estimates that it has averaged 981km per day since its arrival.
