BJS adds 80 new SDC trailers

BJS Haulage has placed an order for 80 new SDC Freespan curtainsiders having experience an increase in demand for its services.

The first 40 units have already gone into service with the West Midlands-based operator who transport of pallets, furniture, food and beverages, retail, industrial, manufacturing and construction materials.

BJS specified the trailers with BPW Eco-Plus axles, Haldex generation 3 braking, LED lighting, flush steel doors, an easy-access coupling box as well as strap and toolbox storage.

David McWilliams, sales director at BJS Haulage said: “Our new SDC trailers are complimented with a matching number of new Renault trucks - fully equipped with all the latest tech - which, with our fully trained driver teams, will allow us to take a distinct advantage in an industry that’s crying out for a more consistent, professional and courteous approach right now.”
