CheckPro is offering vehicle operators three months’ free use of its digital defect and compliance management tool to help them meet the challenge of social distancing.

Now that remote working has become an essential component in the day-to-day running of most businesses, using the right technology is more important than ever to ensure continuity.

The Sheffield-based technology firm said maintaining your compliance procedures with a digital inspection and maintenance reporting system such as CheckPro is a measure that is easy to implement. It will ensure the framework of social distancing is adhered to by eliminating cross-contamination caused by circulating paperwork, while helping to maintain compliance and streamline operations.

CheckPro said its daily walk-around check app lets drivers carry out their duties with efficiency and precision.

Once submitted, driver reports are instantly available to view on the CheckPro CMS, where defects can be processed and rectified.

Meanwhile, CheckPro’s workshop and fleet management functions enable a streamlining of key tasks and PMI schedules to reduce vehicle downtime.

CheckPro is also Earned Recognition approved and its dashboard will automatically sync all KPIs with the DVSA.
