Columbus UK showcased its German-built Wasserschmidt water recycling systems at this year’s CV Show.
The systems are widely used by hauliers across mainland Europe and Scandinavia, and the company is now looking to expand its reach into the UK commercial vehicle sector.
Suitable for a variety of operations, such as HGV wash bays and workshops, the recycling system can purify 95% of all waste water used.
The modular system can be adapted to fit individual sites and work bays and comes with a full performance guarantee on all equipment.
Speaking to CM at the show, Columbus UK MD Tanny Sinfield said the Wasserschmidt system had been attracting much interest with UK operators, who were particularly keen on the product’s life-time guarantee.
“We want to establish ourselves as the go-to water recycling solution in the UK,” Sinfield added.
