The latest list of vehicle safety recalls has been issued by DVSA, and includes a number of commercial vehicles.

The biggest contributor is Mercedes-Benz, with a number of problems potentially affecting various Actros, Arocs, Antos and Econic vehicles.

Problems include RH front spring retaining bolts incorrectly tightened, steering shaft not to specification and risk of rear axle cracking or failure. Still in the Daimler camp, some Fuso Canter models built from 2009 to 2013 may suffer from fuel leakage.

On lighter vehicles, some Citroen Dispatch models built in the first half of 2016 may have damage to the starter motor wiring harness, and a number of Toyota Hilux pickups 2008 to 2011 may have the wrong airbag inflator fitted.
