Curvin Transport, the Poole-based general haulage arm of AET Transport Services, has added nine Krone Profi Liner curtainsiders to its European and UK fleet.
The new trailers will be used for general distribution, including palletised freight in both the UK and Europe.
AET’s managing director, Andrew Trotter, highlighted the trailers’ flexibility as a key asset.
He said: “These curtainsiders are fitted with sliding roofs which is ideal for fast and secure loading. Additionally they are fitted with the standard Krone Multi-Lock loading system which has around 130 lashing points along each side rave. This provides virtually unlimited strapping options.”
Trotter added that the curtain straps can be accessed from outside and inside the trailer, which is a big advantage for driver safety and comfort.”
AET is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year.
