What is your favourite holiday destination and why?
Mexico. I love the food, culture and beach party celebrations.

What car do you drive?
Mercedes-Benz C220d AMG.

What are your hobbies?
I enjoy watching my beloved Liverpool FC, Formula One and CrossFit training.

What’s your favourite TV programme?
Broadchurch.

What celebrity would you most like to meet?
Barack Obama, after his inauguration speech.

How did you get into the industry and why?
I started my career cold-calling and setting up appointments for the office-based sales team of GE Capital TLS. The more I learnt about the industry, the more I wanted to succeed in a sales role.

How would you encourage more young people into the industry?
We should target young adults at college and sixth form events, highlighting the variety of career paths and benefits available in our industry. Aftercare Response plans to introduce a young tail-lift engineer programme this year.

What is the outlook for your sector of the market over the next 12 months?
I believe 2018 will be a buoyant time for our sector. Vehicles are operating for much longer, and this will offer good opportunities for growth.

What makes Aftercare Response different from the competition?
As a team we’re focused on improving the customer experience. We are a family run business and offer a personal approach to providing great service.
