Eclipse, a UK supplier of multi-brand diagnostic equipment, is showcasing its latest Jaltest and EDIS diagnostics products in this week’s Product Innovation Dailies.
There are more than 3,000 Eclipse Jaltest units now being used by workshops and fleets of all sizes, keeping vehicles on the road and out of the workshop.
The software, which is updated three times a year, is continually being improved‑to expand the number of brands/models covered and to extend the‑functionality.
Jaltest software now covers trucks, trailers, buses and coaches, light commercials, off-highway, agricultural and marine vehicles and engines.
Eclipse said it is committed to supporting customers throughout the lifetime of its products. The company has developed a range of features and services including a comprehensive training package, cover from IT professionals and a telephone-based technical support service.
The technical support service is a key part of the overall Eclipse package. Together with Jaltest and the Eclipse Testpad Extreme®+ diagnostic tablet, it is a feature that sets it apart from others systems, the company added.
In the next two Product Innovation Dailies, Eclipse will be explaining more about Jaltest software and the company’s customer support structure. In the meantime, readers can view a “showreel” on the company’s website to explore the software. Go to eclipse-tech.co.uk.
