Keyfuels acquires r2c Online

Walsall-based Keyfuels has acquired r2c Online, the fleet and workshop management software provider, for an undisclosed fee.

Bosses at the company say the move will strengthen its position in the HGV segment. Offering access to around 3,000 fuel outlets, Keyfuels is the leading independent supplier of fuel cards in the UK. But the company, which is owned by NYSE-listed Fleetcor Technologies, is keen to offer its customers a more integrated fleet solutions package.

r2c Online’s software platform currently connects 23,000 fleets and 1,000 workshops for best practice vehicle compliance and maintenance with strong customer bases in the logistics, plant, waste and public sector industries.

The system help clients to drive efficiency, reduce risk, increase cost-effectiveness and generate significant return on investment.
