Bakewell-based K&H Haulage has purchased two new Loadmac truck-mounted forklifts. One of them has replaced a competitor brand as part of the haulier’s on-going fleet replenishment programme, while the other is an addition to meet growing customer demand.
K&H transport director Peter Lowery, who oversees a fleet of 25 vehicles and five truck-mounted forklifts, said: “The one-side off load is a huge asset for our daily operations, that was a big factor in convincing us the Loadmac was the right choice for us. We’ve also been very impressed with the attentiveness of our local dealer Plant Equipment and although we haven’t had any problems, I’m confident they would be there to swiftly resolve any issues if they occurred.”
Loadmac MD Ian Chapman said: “Our team works tirelessly in Ross-on-Wye to manufacture an unrivalled product, so it is always fantastic to hear the type of feedback we’ve received from K&H Haulage.”
