Bodybuilder Bevan Group has moved to new headquarters at the Wednesbury One industrial estate, in the West Midlands, to improve efficiency and increase revenue.
The building, close to junction 9 of the M6, has 17,000ft2 of factory and 5,000ft2 of office space and houses members of the firm’s aftercare division and production team.Bevan Group spent almost £500,000 in refurbishment and installation costs at the Wednesbury site.
The firm is keeping its former headquarters and production facility in Halesowen, as well as a second base in Oldbury. It is also retaining the Bevan Specialist Products operation in Stone, Staffordshire, as well as the Supertrucks glass carrying vehicle bodies manufacturing site in St Helens, Merseyside.
Bevan Group director Simon Dryburgh said: “We outgrew our previous control centre in Halesowen so the new headquarters has allowed us to move to a new level, but there will be no let-up in our growth strategy.”
