Ryder subsidiary Bullwell Trailer Solutions has extended its trailer R&M contract with UK Mail. The three-year deal follows a five-year agreement.
Bullwell is responsible for the mail and parcel delivery firm’s 321-strong trailer fleet that includes 186 tri-axle semi-box trailers with tail-lifts, 84 doubledeck trailers and 51 fixed drawbar trailers. Lichfield, Staffordshire-based Bullwell provides UK Mail with a mobile R&M service for its trailers.
Gary Bulley, MD of Bullwell Trailer Solutions, said the only time his company takes a UK Mail trailer off-site is for the annual MoT. “Our service is supported by sophisticated data analysis, which track all repairs and maintenance, and helps our technicians identify recurring issues, offer solutions, and deliver continuous improvement to the client.”
