RB: What is your favourite holiday destination?
JC: Italy. I learned Italian at university and lived in Venice for three months last autumn - there’s no place like it.

RB: What car do your drive?
JC: An Audi A1 - my first car.

RB: What are your hobbies?
JC: Cooking, playing the guitar and cricket.

RB: What is your favourite TV programme?
JC: Either Game of Thrones or Peaky Blinders.

RB: What celebrity would you most like to meet?
JC: Winston Churchill - because I am a historian, it would have to be someone from the past. I really admire him and I’d have a lot of questions.

RB: How did you get into the industry?
JC: I wanted a challenging role and realised that Tiger could offer that. I am proud of my family’s history in the industry, and want to be part of its future.

RB: How would you encourage more young people into the industry?
JC: Expand existing apprenticeship schemes and offer more placements to undergraduates. We have a young, growing team at Tiger - I’m one of three graduates to join this summer.

RB: What is the outlook for the next 12 months?
JC: Our outlook will continue to be positive. If the past three years are anything to go by, new opportunities will spring up all the time, and I am confident Tiger will be ready to pounce (pardon the pun).

RB: How is Tiger Trailers different from the competition?
JC: Everyone is working towards the same goal, from the shop floor to the upper-management, and I already feel part of the team. You only need to look at our plans to realise Tiger is shaking up the industry.
