Sports Direct has bought nine drawbar rigs from Tiger Trailers, boosting the manufacturer's presence on the retailer's fleet to almost 50 vehicles.
The order also includes six tandem-axle trailers and two double-deck trailers.
Mounted on Scania G410s, the new drawbar combination trailers have bespoke aerodynamic sloping roofs, and are fitted with Dhollandia tail-lifts.
The trucks were supplied by Keltruck, which worked on the order alongside Tiger Trailers and Sports Direct.
Sports Direct took its first Tiger Trailer delivery in 2014 and now buys trailers exclusively from the manufacturer.
Sports Direct transport manager Jamie Potter said: "From the outset the team at Tiger worked very closely with us to ensure the products it built were all perfectly suited to our requirements.
"The results have always been superb and it has never let us down.
"This combination of fantastic build quality and a customer-first approach has kept us coming back."
He added that Tiger Trailers' edge on the competition was its capacity to accomodate new business.
"Where other manufacturers would turn you away because their production lines are already full, Tiger always finds a way to accommodate every order. It’s so refreshing to see a company pull out all the stops to put their customers first.”
