Thomas’s Group will be heading to the Road Transport Expo (RTX) this summer to share its commercial vehicle expertise with visitors.

The Birmingham-based family-run business prides itself on the quality of service and flexibility it provides to its commercial vehicle customers.

As well as contract hire and rental, it also provides a full range of vehicle solutions for fleet operators including repair and maintenance services and quality used vehicles sales.

Its team members are highly trained, with many having worked at the company for more than 20 years.

“Here at Thomas’s Group, we are passionate about what we do and how we do it,” said Richard Perry, group marketing manager.

“Our extensive knowledge and years of experience in the commercial vehicle industry allows us to make the right decisions surrounding our truck and van fleet ensuring you have the best vehicles available to choose from when deciding to partner with us.”

When it comes to the sale of pre-owned trucks and vans, Thomas’s Group has a business model of selling its vehicles before they reach the 30-month mark.

It only sells vehicles it has brought from brand-new, so it knows the complete service history of each model.

In addition, it ensures all vehicles are specified with a three-year bumper-to-bumper warranty from the get-go.

“This works for us, as it gives us and the next owner the confidence that the vehicle is presented in the best possible condition it can be. Any issues are sorted under warranty before the new owners take delivery of the vehicle,” said Perry.

“Even after delivery, the customer will still have the remainder of this full manufacturer warranty until it runs out at 36 months, giving complete peace of mind.”

He added that when combined with the company’s onsite paint and preparation departments, all pre-owned vehicles are “as close to mint” as they can be.

“We are really looking forward to meeting visitors on our stand over the three days at RTX,” said Perry. “We are also hoping to bring along one of our used vehicle offerings, with an example of a typical vehicle we sell in large numbers to showcase the quality of how we prepare & present a pre-owned truck.”

RTX takes place from 28-30 June at NAEC Stoneleigh. It is free to attend for visitors, so why not book your free ticket today?
