Tiger Trailers has launched an around-the-clock parts, repair and double-deck trailer maintenance service.
A dedicated team at the firm’s factory in Winsford, Cheshire, manages the 24/7 operation that includes a fleet of fully equipped service vans.
The team works with approved service partners around the UK that provide additional aftersales support.
Tiger Trailers joint MD John Cartwright said: “We are seeing an increase in requests from our customers for service and support, particularly doubledeck trailers.”
Cartwright added Tiger Trailers has a small fleet of double-deck trailers, which account for nearly 30% of its production, both fixed and moving, that customers can use in vehicle off-road situations and peak periods.
