Glass carrier trailers are a highly specialised trailer. Carrying large frames to accommodate panels of glass, they use air suspension to self load/unload the frames and to protect glass from vibration and road shocks. Rigid trucks carry glass on special sloping frames attached to the side of box bodywork.
