Britcom is one of the UK’s leading exporters and largest independent commercial vehicle suppliers within the UK. Established in 1981 we have over 30 years’ experience of delivering high quality used tractor units, rigids, trailers and vans, as well as plant equipment, to 65 countries around the World.

Operating from our 18 acre Head Office in Market Weighton our Team of 75 staff are committed to delivering quality all the way through your purchase journey and beyond; you’d expect nothing less from an ISO accredited company.

Our size, reputation and history give us a strong purchasing power with many of the large fleet owners in the UK such as major supermarkets, hire & leasing companies and financial institutions. Export Parts

Our export parts department provides vital support to all of our customers through the supply of new and used truck and plant parts, across all major manufacturers. We are an official distribution partner for Diesel Technic Spare Parts. Our experienced and knowledgeable team can assist in identifying the correct part required and provide you with a competitive quote, whether you require genuine, OEM or used parts.

Shipping

We’ve been exporting vehicles and parts around the World for over 34 years and are well versed in all shipping and export documentation to help make your export purchase a smooth one. We can organise shipping for you or work with your shipping agent to get your products transported for you.

Chassis Engineering & Bodybuilding Services

Britcom offer a 'one-stop-shop’ specialist chassis engineering and bodybuilding service for commercial vehicles, having over 30 years’ experience in the field. Our commitment to quality is demonstrated by us being BS EN ISO9001:2008 accredited since 1999 and us also holding official approved converter status for leading truck manufacturers such as MAN, Mercedes Benz and Renault. With our own internal design capability using the latest CAD packages, the specialist services we offer include chassis modifications, bodybuidling and trailer building, steering conversions and the fitting of lorry loader cranes. Repair & Paint Services

Complementing the Sales & Engineering functions, the Britcom Repair & Paint facilities include two EPA compliant low bake spray booths, a shotblasting booth and two steam cleaning bays. We are able to offer quality repair and painting services to a wide range of industries and across an extensive variety of products. Examples of some of the types of work we undertake involve the refurbishment, painting and accident repair of commercial vehicles, vans, buses & coaches, horseboxes, plant equipment, exhibition & motorsport trailers as well as component painting for the marine engineering industry.
